Gift Finder RVA provides gift ideas based on customer questionnaire answers. By purchasing a package or upgrade from Gift Finder RVA or My Gift Finders, you agree to purchase ideas and services associated with those ideas.

Therefore, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Ideas are based on gifts and experiences available in the United States, most notably in Richmond, VA. This service is not intended to support gifting in other countries.

Additional Terms for Personal Shopping

Personal shopping is offered when delivery is within 30 miles of Richmond, VA, 23220, or the customer is willing to pay 100% of the shipping costs.

 

The personal shopping package has a base fee of $35 and a 10% commission for any gift(s) totaling more than $50. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with purchasing gifts by Gift Finder RVA on their behalf.

The $35 Base Fee for personal shopping is non-refundable once the first set of ideas is delivered. My Gift Finder RVA's team will offer up to two rounds of ideas in the base package.
